What a trip! EDGE 2013 AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME
I would not trade a thing for the experience and the memories that I have of this past weekend. Coming back to my home base worn out felt like I had too much libation and a hangover. What I drank in was a huge amount of knowledge and energy. I walked with an army of Angels and even witnessed one of them going under after stepping into the hot tub. It is ok because God would not let anything happen to that Angel. Oh it felt so good to be a part of something big and to be with people that think the same way and going somewhere. I'm all in baby and it is either sink or swim.
It's all about what I think and how I think and what I put into my mind. It's about being in tune and tuned in to checkpoints and messages that are coming in to my mind and going out from my mind.
There is no doubt about it, I struggle financially and almost lost my home last year until I was able to get a home loan modification. Now I know and believe that tough times never last but tough people do and I also know that no matter how bad I think I have it, I know that all I have to do is look around and I can find and see someone who has it worse off. We all have our trouble and our cross to bare. My days were ordained for me before I was ever formed in my mother's womb by the GOD that breathed life into me. HE has a plan for me and a mission. I have no real idea what all is included in that plan but I trust that GOD will use me in the most beneficial of ways. To do that he insures that the Guardian Angels I may need from time to time will be strategically placed. I will be tested time and time again and I will be tempered like steel over a fire to be strengthen for what may lie ahead. I am in my sixth decade and all that I have experienced thus far has prepared me for this day and all that is ahead of me. I have known for sometime now that 2013 was going to be a pivotal and special year. I thought it would be the year I would retire from my job but that happened Dec 31,2010. I knew at that time I would be financially tight but moved forward in FAITH. There were lessons to learn over the past couple of years that will benefit me when I become a millionaire.
Now the focus is on getting a deal - creating the deal.

will pick up a can of yellow paint this afternoon to make bandit signs

make phone calls - find 5-7 Agents, RE Attorney, for rents, make offers
tool kit for the car
need a Smartphone
I was four days without television and news and committed to leave them off upon arriving home. There is no time for it and I can not contaminate my brain with all the junk. I can not do anything about what is happening out there in the world and no one in the White House cares what is going on in my house. My brain is on overload anyway and that concerns me. Last week I was going to introduce one of my birds to the person that would be looking after them while I was in Phoenix and I forgot the birds name. Let's just say at that moment I was very stressed as I had been counting down the days to leaving and could hardly wait to get to the event. I was aware of many risks I was taking and of my limited means and was doing everything I could within my power to stay positive.
Well, this is a beginning. Zig said "you don't have to be great to start but you do have to start to be great". Zig has passed on now but I still have access to so much that he left for us all to learn and grow.
What a Great Post we are so excited for you. Remember dean said in one of the trainings this weekend one garage door at a time and focus on one task at a time. Your outline is great and we are sure you will get what you are looking for.

I have been working on this non-stop and was busy making bandit signs and readings more wholesale instruction. Went to Costco and got boxes as close as I could get to "18x24" and cut the sides off. At Home Depot bought a quart of sun yellow paint and a cheap brush so I could paint the cardboard bottoms yellow.
Also placing ads on Craigslist to get sellers.
Right now my journey is about gathering the necessary items for the first leg of the journey and aligning the duties I will need to perform enroute.

I like your flight analogy... you gotta do whatever works for you! It was very nice seeing you again at the Edge! Keep moving forward girl! even if it is a small step, it will get you closer to your goal!

I agree we need to meet up. Once I get over this financial hurdle I would love to get together. Gas tank is sitting on empty and no money til wednesday.
I went to church this morning and put two bandit signs out. Will have to step it up and work to get 20 up each week.
This afternoon I am going to make a weekly tracking form for number of signs, offers made, phone calls to agents, attorneys, for rents etc. I want to keep myself accountable and be able to look at each weeks report of my accomplishments.
I do believe on the front end this wholesaling is simple but on the back end or in my boarding area of the first trip there are all the details to consider.
I do believe in Angels and was with a whole bunch of them last weekend.
