I don't know if it is me but I have been trying to research the contact information from my buyers list without any luck. I get the names from the assessment rolls but I cannot find how to locate or contact them...Any suggestions?...I'm talking about not paying a fee to finding people or businesses. Thanks

Hi Michelle.
I'm sorry. Can you be more specific? Is this related to the Rock Bottom Blueprint? I guess I am not familiar with the "assessment rolls" as you mentioned. With more details I am sure someone here could give you some pointers. (if it is related to RBBP then the folks here who also have it can help.)

where did you get your buyers list, are you talking about cash solds list you got from a realtor. If it is cash solds you research the properties at the assessors site & it should be free,it is here in Oklahoma.you search by property & it will give you the owner of the property & their address. If you want phone # you will have to pay for that.
Hope this helped

See if your county has GIS maps (online) with the property owner's info on it. Some counties make all the info available while others charge a fee or don't provide the service at all.

I would ask you where you got your list as well, but that's been asked already
In my area, property tax and assessments can be looked up on the county website. It tells me the last sold date as well as the assessment of the house that's used for tax purposes. It also lists the owner's address as well as the billing address that's used to send property tax info to. If the house address and the billing address are different, there's a chance that that house is an investment property. If you wanted to send a letter to the owner, the billing address is the one I'd send a letter to.
The more thorough the question, the more thorough the answer.
