OfflineI am getting very discouraged with real estate investing cuzz i dont drive cuzz of a phobia. That means i cant go out and look at properties and make offers and meet people. This is a big obstacle to my success in re investing. I plan on getting my liucense and overcoming this fear. Any advice would br greatly appreciated

How did you get to look at the 2br/1ba that was trashed by the former tenants?
i walked up there. im just as serious and motivated to do re investing like anyone on this site and i will be successful.
You sent me a PM a couple weeks ago and I did send one back stating that I would talk with you, but never heard from you.
If you say a driving phobia is the reason you can't do real estate, that is not a reason not be doing this. Getting your license isn't going to open the doors to investing. Getting ads out there and making calls to people is what will do it.
You can get rides for other things you go to, and if you find a REI club near you, call them and ask if anyone could give you a ride. Or better yet, get one of your friends that drives you other places, to take you one night to the meeting.
But being afraid to drive a car is not going to stop anyone who wants to do this.
I had a girlfriend who worked at the hospital with me, and she was afraid to drive, because she caused a serious accident when she first got married.
But she got to work everyday for 22 yrs, which was 28 miles one way. And they were very active with the horses and dog shows, when her husband passed away and her daughter was only 13, she had to drive. I taught her how, but she still had others drive if it was into the bigger towns or cities.
So even if you don't get a license, you still can do this.
Maybe just do bird dogging for people, or offer to do all their phone calls or computer searches for them. That may open more doors for you to get help. I am still willing to talk to you if you call.
