look on the internet for free templates for your state; compare them to DG's to see if there are any additional paragraphs for your state; if so, use your state forms.
You can ask a realtor for a blank purchase and sale agreement for your state. Also, ask the agent what forms are needed for a house sale transaction...
Write down how many ways you can think of to get free legal advice... think outside the box

Many attorneys offer a free 30 minute consultation to new clients. You could use one of these free consultations to ask them any Qs you have about the forms and the proper use of them in NJ. HTH
is to call an attorney and see if they offer like the above poster mentioned a short free consultation, and see also if I can work with them. I think like anyone, you have to pick the right attorney, not just the free one. But I am in the same boat as you are, and need free now, so I will call and ask; the least they can do is say "no." I may need to consult with several to find the right attorney for me, such as schedules, fees, personalities and the like.

Go to your local REI club meeting, ask the investors there which attorneys they are using and just call them when you need to set up a closing. I have used deans contracts in Iowa, Illinois and Texas. Contracts are not state specific. If someome tells you something is illegal its because they don't really know if it is or not but they don't want to look dumb so they just feed you a line of BS! I have been told by MANY realtors that what I was doing is illegal. I just quit talking to them. Easy fix!

I would do that but, I have no clubs that have meetings close to me. I'm in a wheelchair and have no transportation of my own. Have tried relying on others but they have failed me so bad. But I still going forward.
