Offlineim really trying and making little progress but every week something new comes up. i have a small list of buyers need to get more, but what im really despeate for is motivated sellers! I am very low on cash and dont have any friends to borrow from. I Have already been making offers on REOs but every week there is an issue with my offer either it hasnt been accepted or i have to wait 15 days or just something. i also use craigslist which ive only had one contact which didnt really go through well the lady needed to sell but for me to profit it wouldve been a short sale and i didnt want to strong arm her into that. I want to market to actual people but bandit signs are kind of expensive seriously i dont want to buy 25 signs with my last money and end up having no one contact me. so my real dilema is should i get the bandit signs or just keep offering on bank reos if you have any suggestions at all as to finding motivated sellers i am desperate and my ears are open to any ideas
motivated sellers please!!!

Whatever you do don't give up!! Motivated sellers require a little more energy. I have a had little success with finding motivated sellers but, I didn't give up and I'm not going to stop pushing.

Hello bandit signs are the way to go here, make sure you hang them on every reo property you can find and at the intersections that have the most traffic stopping for lights. Your phone will start ranging off big time.....

okay thanks for all the feedback I really needed that im going to put up about 25 bandit signs tomorrow morning i got some wood steaks and poster board from walmart it was pretty cheap I hope this works. another thing my realtor says the only way I can double close on a bank reo is if its a short sale and he has a lot of experiene but this didnt sound right to me can any one tell me if he is absolutely correct?
