i would like to know how everyone divides their time up regarding REI. this seems to be a real struggle for me and i'm all over the place. i can't seem to settle into a regular schedule to get REI things done. what things do you do on Monday? how do you break it down, such as calling sellers for an hour, making offers on 25 properties, etc? how about the rest of the week? thanks for your suggestions.

I try to come into the office on mondays and go through my schedule for the week which is normally already set
Tuesdays-Thursdays is me in the street showing homes we have or have come into either by private owners or investors i've worked with. This is normally from 10am-3pm straight, going from Brooklyn to Harlem to Queens to Brooklyn to Harlem to Brooklyn to.....
Fridays are my slow early days I come into office, set up my weekend open houses, call brokers, and tie up loose ends to be done by 2pm so I can pick up my son and enjoy the time I have.
All this is in a perfect setting.
This month has been a hectic one to say the least and everything was on the fly so there was no organizing, just cancelled or postponed showings, new clients and cash buyers found, same new clients who can't qualify for loans and cash buyers who don't have the necessary cash, houses going up in price, lost deals because of it, to prices going down to getting paid even more than before....
