Art and Craft Fairs- New Place to find Real Estate Contacts!

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Who would have known that an Arts and Craft Fair would provide more than just Crafts.

(Ladies, here is a way to get your husbands to go with you to those Craft Fairs.)

Today I went to a Craft Fair and found several real estate contacts. I found a Chimney Sweep company that does more than just sweep the chimney. One of my rentals needs some tuck pointing on the chimney and I just found my guy.

When I was talking with the Chimney Sweep Guy, another guy set up next to him, installed windows. When he and I started talking, he gave me a name of someone that is interested in buying properties.

All in all, today I got several contacts for a chimney sweep guy, window installer, gutter guy, handy man and a buyer or two, who would have known? So you see, you just never know how, when or where you will find your next buyers, sellers or contractors.

To my surprise I left with some crafts, but numerous real estate contacts. All in all I would have to say- a productive day for me.

It is funny, Joe always laughs that whenever we are out, I always seem to find a new friend. If I am in the grocery line buying one item it takes me forever to get out of the store. Well I am making contacts. I always say- you never know who knows who.

yep

you never know who you meet when you go out to eat, go shopping, get a haircut, or anything and if you do not tell people what you do and what you are looking for then how are people going to know what you do.
