OfflineI placed a comment on my facebook that said "I buy houses any condition." I got a response from my co-worker saying her and her husband have been trying to sell their home and golf course (home is on golf course) for over 3 years now with no luck. This golf course is out in the middle of the country of Western Illinois. I have no idea how to get comps for it. I am just posting this on here to see if anyone would even be interested in it before I tell her that I cannot help her.

based on dimensions of the house as you would any other house first. I'm going to assume every house in that area is not on the golf course so i'd do the basics, see what you come up with, and then add the golf course factor in.
I could be interested in something like that, in fact I have a few ideas on how to make it work. I'm not as interested in the house as I am the golf course.

They want $325,000 for it everything. I have not ran the numbers on it. I have not had time. They have been trying to sell for 3 years now and are desperate. They will not be opening the golf course this year because they cannot afford it. P.M. me for more details. I have the address.
