Greed vs Service

Greed vs Service

Here's a story in today's NYTimes about the company behind the rush to foreclose debacle. It serves as a healthy reminder that greed has no place in this battered RE economy. It makes me glad that DG is here and training good-hearted folk who wish to be of true service to folk in some very difficult times.

Please understand me:

My family deserves every bit of monetary energy we can glean from learning how to serve folks in RE need with humility and grace. I believe serving our fellow folk in this way will set us financially free. I just want to serve folk in the process.

Done correctly, our service to folk in any given stage of foreclosure will uplift and empower them, minimizing the damage folks can take thru such an intimate and challenging process.

peace,

Dana A very nice post,and I

Dana A very nice post, and I see you are working your way into the DG fold at a calm and steady pace. I am glad that you did not hesitate or stay in the background as so many do. Keep up the good work.

Dana

Nice article. There is a lot of crappy things going on that hurt people isn't there ? So a big chunk of the foreclosures down in Fla. were not likely done right or maybe even should have been done at all, is my take on it. Did I get that right?

Happy ground hogs day. Smiling

Good Article !

Thanks Dana for the good read.

Greed has caused the collapse of our economy and real estate market . Sad to say.

Thank You

Awesome article, I enjoyed reading it. I agree with you greed is taking over the economy and RE. I wish People would not be so greedy in this world things are so hard anyway.

Thank you again Mary

Great article Dana

There is a fine line between greed and making as much money as we can. We all want to make as much as possible on a deal but we shouldn't do it by trying to screw someone else and you get that. That's what has given investors a bad name over the years and all of us will correct that. Thanks Dana.
