I have been asked by a few people to assist with wholesale deals when the person asking does not have a buyer for deals they have. I have come across this a few times now and I was wondering what your ideas are to assist these folks in ways that are beneficial to everyone, are fair, and do not duplicate efforts. I have a few thoughts, but since the DG family is so useful as a sounding board and as a resource for advice, I thought I would ask, too! Please add your thoughts, suggestions, or techniques on this.
Sincerely,

Why do I deserve this? Because everyone should be able to enjoy their life, not struggle through an existence.
So you are saying you would bring the end buyer into the deal? If so then it sounds like you should be splitting the wholesale fee 50/50.
