The realtors I know are 70 miles west of Indy.

We hope you do well in Indy. My sister works at the kohl's store in Brownsburge close to Indy. That looks like a good area to deal in.

Finding an investor friendly Realtor

Try typing "real estate investor clubs" + "Indianapolis, IN"

I used to live in Greenwood so I'm somewhat familiar with things in your general area. ( it has been about six years though Smiling ) Hope this helps.
