I have a possible deal on the table before I make an offer I wanted to get some advise on what the best way to lock up this deal would be, I have a 3bdrm 2bth house that needs a septic system its listed through a Realtor as is for 99 the zestimate from total view site is 170 I want to offer 80 and resell for 100 being this is through a Realtor what would be the best course of action to get this deal, all houses in the area since July 2010 til present sold for anywhere from 150-210 so I believe this is a great house for a first deal looking for all possible ideas

Try to ask how long has it been in the market. If it's long enought, always start with a low blow offer and wait if they try to counter offer. That way you will know how motivated they are. Blessings to all. LA

If its listed with an agent, give an offer where you would really want to pay.
Lowball offers most times don't get replies because they might be too low or the owner/agent thinks you're wasting their time
If as an example, you can pay 120k, then make your first offer 100k.
Bid like you want to get it so the back and forth ends and you can then work towards selling it
