Whats a good number ???

I have built about 50 buyers to my buyers list, maybe 15 or so are cash investors. I was wondering what is a good round number to have before I begin looking for sellers ? I know that out of the 50 only a percentage of them will actually buy. Any advice ??

that's great

You don't necessarily need a large number, just find great deals & I'm sure one of those 50 will jump at it.

I AGREE WITH gceriani AND THINK THAT ONE IS A GOOD NUMBER TO START WITH!

IF YOU HAVE EVEN JUST ONE PERSON THAT WANTS A 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH ON THE

SOUTHSIDE OF ABC ST FOR UNDER 50K GO FIND THEM THE HOUSE.MAKE SENSE? THAT'S

THE YOUR MONEY RIGHT THERE.
