been in the rei trenches for awhile and good to be back on dg and seeing new names of students that r taking action !! i would like to tell you how i came across a prospect today just from talking to a fellow coworker.I had seen and was interested in a for sale by owner...actually 3 of them within a 2 mile radius in the last mnthand i did call on one of them.With no luck on this one i did not get back to them in a while as i should have because peoples wants and needs change every mnth ...if not week or day !! anyway i happen to hear a coworker tell me where he lived and i proceeded to ask about the properties.He told so much info on ALL of these aS HE LIVED NEXT DOOR TO THEM!! I FOUND OUT ONE OF THE OWNERS SPLIT WITH THE OTHER AND cannot make the payments.soooooooo i will contact them in the next 3 days !!!! just ask and you shall recieve !!

Any new DG.com student needs to read this. What JB is saying is all true. I have not done a deal yet but what I have accomplished since I ordered Deans material and joined this website and my REI club is amazing! The world of REI is going on around you everyday. It is all possible if you just put in the time. It is not something that any of us can do for you. You have to have the will and the drive and midset to push through it all to get what you want. It is not going to be easy, but, you have all the tools and support you need right here at your finger tips and in Deans books and other tools. I have yet to join the success academy because I cannot afford it but that hasn't stopped me. I found a way without them. I have heard a lot of good things about them and they would be a great tool to have if you can afford that. My tip is go to the top people on this site. The ones that have all of the badges and have the title "Superstar" or "Inner Circle" under their name. They are all nice people and are here to help. I will also help anyone out. All you have to do is P.M me and I will tell you what you want to know, if I don't know something I will do what I can to find out for you. For those of you who are scared to talk to the "SUPERSTARS", don't be. Their name might say superstar but they don't act that way. Everyone of them is the same down to earth open minded open hearted person they started out as. Most of them started right where you are or even worse. They are where they are today because they pushed through the pain and roadblocks because they were determined to change their lives! Now they want to help change ours! If you are still scared to talk to them then let me know and I will talk to them for you. I am not scared to talk to anyone. They are just another person to me!

thank you Jay for rehashing! This post motivated me and I am now about to make my first offer. I just earned superstar status but know that I am far from the others making deals. You are right about the top investors on here; they have been nothing but helpful. Where else are you going to get so much for free, and make friends along the way?. I too try to help wherever I can, but I've still a long way to go! Stay motivated and do what it takes to keep that motivation!
