What Really Kills Real Estate Investing

What Really Kills Real Estate Investing

Everyone that has ever had success has started where most of you reading this post are at.

For many that have just started real estate this is a heck of a business. Things could not get any better for you. The world is your playground and you can do anything you ever wanted. You have fire or maybe you had fire.

Six months from now and some of you are six months into this you feel fizzled, lost and defeated. To some real estate does not work. These programs don't work in your area. You may say that some of this is illegal.

Take a step back! It is not real estate that does not work it is you. I know this may sound harsh but real estate does work and in fact there are people in your own area that are doing this right now just check with your local real estate investment club.

Often when we begin real estate we allow others to push us around. For some it is Realtors for others it may be attorneys. They become the foundation for a poor mindset.

The difference between someone that succeeds and someone that does not is how hard they push. For most that fail they do not have a mental toughness. You need to create this toughness for you and the strength to continue no matter the obstacle. This will find you success. Real estate works you just need to make sure your mind continues to work towards your goal. You need to adapt the "How can I"? Attitude instead of "why can't I"?

This single item will change every part of your business in real estate.

How Can I ... Instead Of ... Why Can't I ?

That was the best part !!!

Thanks for reminding us all to just be determined to figure it out ...

We've got a good blue print from DG and we just need to apply it in our own ways.
