OfflineHello DGers, I have never posted flyers or yard signs on the street in my life and I was curious if it is legal to do these in a crowded area (which is great to attract motivated sellers). I heard you could get sued or arrested if you put bandit signs or flyers. I am definitely aware doing it on someone's property is illegal. Anyone who has done bandit signs or flyers give me any tips or advice on doing this? I just started doing REI again after I quit in early summer of 2009, so I am trying my best to stay focus on taking action slowly. Thanks.

Bandit signs we checked with the city hall, they wouldn't allow them as for flyers, go out and check local gas stations, grocery stores, laundomats, auction house, I'm sure there are more. Look for their bulliten boards, they
are usually covered with business cards and flyers.

I love putting Bandit Signs on Boarded up Vacant houses. Also on Electric post where a Stop Sign or Trafic Lights are located. Don't put anything in somebody else's Yard. Try Home Depot parking lot also. I stop putting them up right now because of some City Ordinance, but thinking of ordering a new set with my Google number and not my cell phone number.
