New face in town and really excited! Just wanted to say hi to the DG family and glad to be a part of such a wonderful team of investors!

Just locked my first property under contract this morning and only gave $100 dollars as EMD! The home is a 3bd, 1.5ba 2 story colonial that is valued at $235,900, but I have it under contract for $135,900 and Will close on it within the next 45 days! I'll keep you all posted as I go.
We are happy for you. It sounds like a great deal. Keep us posted.
