P.S. And thanks for sharing the details of where you were. It's so dang convincing that I'm going to GOOGLE it now !!! If anyone from Glaxo-Smith-Klein is here online, you've probably got them trying to bottle it !!! Never stop spreading your enthusiasm ... so many of us enjoy it.

I might need an agent i'll keep that in mind!

The reason i am happy is that i just qualified 23 buyers in 48 hrs via my craigslist ads and the very first offer i made on a piece of property got accepted without any negotiation! All in the last 48hrs.

I kinda got this adrenaline thing going now and an up yours to all those people that said i couldn't be a success in REI. Even these small successes will motivate me further to be a giant success in this business..

But nothing can take away the permanent grin i have on my face right now!! and the desire to make more deals happen quick..

Keep Smiling as i know i sure will!!
