OfflineI'm hoping someone can help me understand what this means. I believe this has to do with non performing notes, but I don't know much about non performing notes. If someone asks you if you servicing capabilities, what exactly are they asking and what does this mean? I've searched 'servicing capabilities' on this site and couldn't find anything! Please shed some light on this for me! I'd greatly appreciate it! 
I just got an in with an asset manager and they will work with finding my buyers deals and giving me cut of it just for referring. Sort of like bird dogging. I'm excited to give this to one of my buyers who I haven't been able to find anything for!

I believe servicing means, servicing a note. Kind of like a property manager for paper. You collect the money and keep a piece and pass the rest on to the owner.
