OfflineI have built my buyers list and found a REA to work with me. They said that they have a lot of HUD homes to look @ an they will put the contract 4 me. My question is HUD home good to sent to my buyers? When they say they will write up the contract 4 me do they mean the contract to lock up the deal? Need some insight???
