OfflineI am super excited about the 2010 EDGE Event. I have already started working on my presentation. We are all learning as we go in this crazy real estate market and I have spotted an unreal trend that is unfolding right before our eyes! 2010 will have more profit potential than any other year I have ever seen in real estate if:
1. You attack the proper stategy that this wonderful market has opened up for us.
2. You have the knowledge to carry out that exact strategy.
I have already started working with Deans group to get my presentation together and I have shared my ideas with them and they are also very excited! Even a beginner will have the potential to put together big paydays in 2010. Some of the things I am going to cover at the 2010 EDGE Event are:
1. My predictions on where the market is heading in 2010 and 2011 AND the data to back up everything I am predicting.
2. How to take the information and predictions I am giving and apply it to one main strategy to create profits quickly and predictably.
3. How to analyze and breakdown the most important information in YOUR real estate market to carry out the exact strategy given.
4. How to "fix and flip" properties without a bank loan or credit or cash! (This stategy is awesome!)
5. My new stategies to get deals at half price.
6. How to "fix and flip" a property for a big payday, without the "fix" part of it! (This process will blow your mind!)
7. How to take your profits from 2010 and where to invest them in 2011. (Yes-the strategy is going to be totally different from 2010)
All this and more from my presentation. And that isn't even counting all the awesome stuff Dean has in store for everyone. I can't wait until he tells everyone what he is keeping secret! Plus, I'm sure Rina and Greg Murphy and a bunch of other students will be presenting along with Deans awesome coaching staff! It will be a great event and one you will not want to miss!
By the way, I am jumping ahead of myself. You can't even buy tickets to the event yet and it hasn't even been announced when the event will be held.
You've got to find your obstacles and call them out! Unsheath the sword, and do battle with whatever it is that holds you back!

I have my EDGE admission, my hotel is booked, my flight is secured, and I have almost packed my bag 3 months in advance!
I am looking to Network with all EDGE 2010 Attendees for anyone who is arriving to the Scottsdale area for Dinner on Thursday night, maybe even lunch as well if any of us get there that early. I will be at the Firesky Resort anticipating a 1:30PM Arrival on Thursday May 20th.
