Just checked it out, it is not free. They want you to sign up for a pre paid legal service program and all. Thanks anyway tho. I think it is best to open one yourself and just spend a few hundred bucks on it.

I am starting to get into all of this myself since I got laid off a week ago. In case anyone is curious about California, I found out that it costs $70 to obtain an LLC. Here is the link : http://www.sos.ca.gov/business/llc/forms/llc-1.pdf
Suggestion, is it possible for the DG enterprises to set up LLC services. Why and why not. Just a question. Thanks.

I paid 800 to set up mine but I had an attorney do it, the filing fee for wy is 100 and I could of done it with paperwork the state sends u for free but I wanted to make sure I covered all legal aspects, with regards to operating agreement etc so the irs would be happy. My attorney let me make payments so I didn't have to pay it all up front.

$25 for an LLC and $550 in fees.
