A Realtor called me today and ask me is there anyway he can help...
I told him to look for any property in the best area that sells and the price range that sells the most, that's been on the market for more then 90 day...
he then ask me how and where can I get the money...
I told he i got a list of buyers that would buy the property...
and i was going to use the no money down method...
and he did wan tto work with me...
Does anybody knows why?

Because most realtors dont understand what we are trying to do and so its easier for them to laugh at us and when they laugh and you just laugh at them too and walk away. Maybe the realtor didnt take seriously because you have a buyers list and though that didnt guaranteed any business. Just keep on looking and you will find the most prefect realtor to fit in your team.

I just got my CA real estate license and I'm totally going to work with investors. I don't know why other agents wouldn't.

when speaking to Realtors (and I'm one), you don't have to say anything about your money or where you're getting it. However, they will want to make sure you have proof of funds or a preapproval letter, or they're not going to show you properties. If you just want to shut them up, get a proof of funds letter from Coastal Funding for free.
Sounds like the agent you spoke to doesn't believe you either have investors and/or money. Don't fret - just move forward.
You've just got to hook up with someone you like and trust. Sounds like you're of Hispanic persuasion. Might want to go to:

to get your free proof of funds letter that you can show your new agent.
Next, don't just have your new agent search the MLS for 90 days or older and expired listings. There are tons of deals on the MLS found under "business opportunities", "commercial properties" or "residential income".

They have not heard that in a economy like this is now and will be for a while, that it is better to take 3 little fish to equal one! You just have to find the right one. Try a newly licensed agent. You're going to have to keep pushing forward to find a great agent. Don't give up they're out there. Just cause one REA turns down a potential commission doesn't mean others will also.
