OfflinePicked up some really good cash buyers today. I look online and in the paper for auctions. I show up an hour before the sale and place my big bandit signs at both ends of the street so all of the buyers will have to pass by them when the auction is over. After they all have passed I pick my signs back up and wait for the next auction to reuse them. Thought I would just pass that along. Good Luck !!

What do your signs say in this situation? Since it's for buyers; I'm assuming it's something like....3/2 Handyman Special (or "Fixer/Upper"), etc.??
