Transactional Funding

Thanks, but I need the website that goes straight to the form. I don't see that.

I have the form on my desktop and I normally just click on it and fill out the info. The problem is... for some reason I am getting an error and I cannot save it or print it (my printer is not working at the moment). I need to fax it and to do that I need to save it. So I need to go to the original website and see if I can do it from there.

Anyone have the website address? I tried calling them and was asked if I purchased the Fast Cash something and I told her I did not purchase anything. She said that was the only way I would have been able to use the form!! ???

What is the error you are getting when you try and save?

As far as I know you do have to be signed up for the transactional funding in order to use their POF letter. If you are just using their form and a seller calls to check your POF, they will not know who you are. The letter is worthless IF someone calls to verify your funds. They don't back up the POF unless you have their funding. Make sense? Once you are signed up, they are the best in the business. I have had Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase and many others call in and have my funds verified. These guys know what to say to the big time lenders. NEVER had an offer rejected because of a phony POF letter like all those other TF companies.

My point was missed entirely....obviously I didn't communicate it very well. I have already been signed up and have used Cameron's POF letters in the past. I merely was having a computer glitch and because I needed to fax the POF letters, I needed the form to fill out... so I needed the website to find the form. The form I had on my desktop, I was not able to save (to email or fax) and not able to print (printer jammed). I'm also not very savvy with computers as you can very well determine. (It's kinda like cars to me. I want them to go and I don't care to know how they go as long as they go!) I did go to your website Michael but that was to sign up and as I said, I'm already signed up (and under your name I might add). You're welcome!

Someone else did give me another website for a form which I did use (call it desperation!) AND I didn't have to sign up for anything just to get the POF letter. Whether I use them or not (or even have to) remains to be seen. I was able to email my daughter all info (website, form, information)to order the POF letters and she did receive them, emailed them to me, and faxed them to my realtor.

I did not know you had the transactional funding! I get a list of those who got the system through my website. Must have missed or forgotten your sign up. Sorry about that! Thanks for sure!

You're welcome. No, I haven't used the TF yet. Maybe this time will be the one! I'm looking to do my 3rd deal so I'm still green on a lot to say the least! But I'm learning through my mistakes for sure!!
