As a coach for Dean, one of the neat things I get to do is talk to several of you each day on the phone. It is always a kick to hear about the success that is going on out there. I get to hear so many success stories that staying up for my job is very easy. The common thread that I find with those who succeed is that they stick to the basics and do not try to reinvent the wheel.
What am I talking about? Maintaining a good buyer's list is one. Having effective agents finding the right properties. Making the amount of offers needed to succeed. Keeping a pipeline full in all of these areas.
It can be done. Work hard and keep to the basics and the success will come. Help is available if you run into a problem. Take advantage of us. The coaches are here for you.

I appreciate that Roy and Dean recognize the importance of real estate agents and /or realtors. I wish that more was written about their roll and how they should be perceived and utilized by Dean's students.

Roy,
thanks for starting this thread; oftentimes new investors will also try to learn all of Dean's strategies and can become overwhelmed very quickly. If they learn one strategy first, and keep doing it until they can do it 'with their eyes closed' before they move on to another strategy, it will be much easier for them to succeed.
Wishing everyone success,
Valerie
