Hi, My name is James and I would like to get into a Good Investment group, I live in Temecula, CA. I'm seeing a big surge in activity in this area. So it looks like it is going to be more dificult to move forward. But I also am trying to find ways to hook up with a credit partner, one who might help with qualifing and take the tax benefits and some appreciation for their services.
