Matt Larson shared with us his secret to making more than 50 Deals a month!!!
Here it is:
Use Bandit Signs
Use his 25:1 Strategy (which means you have to be putting in 25 offers to get one deal)
look for vacant properties
look for motivated sellers
look for properties with at least one reduction
but the most important thing to do is:
MAKE OFFERS!!!!

it is soooo nice to meet you in person !!! here at the edge and yes you said it right matt larson has given us MANY nuggets of info .his assignment of contracts and double closing information lays it out for ANYONE to be able to walk through these deals .he says learn this but dont get overwhelmed by it because your attorney and or title company will know all the details if you set up the right team .you will just have to give the buyer and seller info and the figures for them to add in the contracts.OH and dont forget to put in your assignment contracts that the assignment fee is NON REFUNDABLE !! this strategy is another tool in matts tool belt to do them 50 deals a mnth !!

Likewise, it is so very nice to have met you in person- you and Karen are such nice, wonderful people, and I have enjoyed talking to you both! I wish the Edge event would go on for the whole week! So much to talk about, so little time!
Next year, we'll all have to get here earlier so that we can hang out a few more days!!

Unfortunately I was not able to be there in person. But when Dean made it available through the live web cast I was there. I was able to listen to most of it yesterday; today it’s bit different. That’s why I’m so happy that we will be getting a copy of the recording. I’ll be listening that a couple of time over.
One of the things I’ve really enjoyed was that they are dealing with issues that I am working on to overcome, fear of failure, fear of making offers and a few more. But with this training I’ve been able to actually see other people succeeding by over coming those same issues. I’m not there physically but I am there in spirit and taking it all in. I hope to be able to listen in on some more today.

I have know Matt for several years now and I have personally seen how using these simple strategies really have worked for him as well as for many other investors who are willing to put in the work. These strategies work! The AWESOME thing about Matt is he didn't "invent the wheel" here. He was just willing to go out and do things that he knew worked. Do not think that 50 deals in a month happened with no effort. Don't think that 1 in 25 didn't work without making 25 qualified offers on 25 qualified properties. I have never seen anyone become so successful, so quickly and become the ROCKSTAR that Matt Larson is. He has put all of these proven methods into action and worked hard. A perfect recipe for success. Go out there and make this happen for you.

Strategys and systems realy do work if you just get out there work smart and "take action" you must be "making offers"
