I'm glad you made this post, because I need to point out that the whole point is that you dont need buyers in Kansas City!! You find them where ever YOU are. Investor buyers buy all over the country. Its the returns on investment along with our guarantees that will sell them! Thats why I said take the flyers to your LOCAL REI groups! You just cant produce returns like this in other parts of the country - so its out of town buyers who will be the most interested! So wherever you are - thats where you want to promote them!
