I've been talking to a lady about selling her moms house she lives out of state and the mother is in a nursing home. She has POA do I need to do anything special or just have her sign the purchase agreement and get a copy of her power of attorney? Need advise about to go meet her

I just recently put a house under contract through a POA or the owner. The POA has to sign as POA for the true owner.. For example.... John Doe, POA for Jane Doe... Print her name. And of course as you said, get a copy of the power of attorney to attach as an addendum to the contract.
