Wholesaling a property with "half-deed"

An owner contacted me to buy her property where she has a half-interest. Buyer will have to co-own the house with her partner. Is that even possible?

I don't think so.

I think you'll have trouble finding an investor willing to buy half a house, so to speak. I know I wouldn't buy it. But, maybe a more experienced investor will add their 2 cents. Anyway, best of luck with your investing.
