OfflineHey DGfamily, my name is Robert, im 23 yrs old and i have been marketing for sellers for the last 3 weeks. ive gotten some calls and met with some of them. But the problem is that some of them see me and my RE partner and basically say, you guys seem young to be buying houses...
So it makes me feel like im not beign taken seriously. I dont know what to do now? do i need to dress A LOT BETTER?
I am nervous because my next step to do is to contact a GREAT real estate agent. Im worried that he or she wont take me serious when i say that i am looking to buy x amount of properties this year. Any help or advice would REALLY help. Thanks

I know what you mean! It is a MIND game. There's times when i feel like I can't do it and I just feel like i should quit... But then I say NO!!! I can't quit no.matter what! I'm not living.the life I would love to live!! I guess in time the more people I meet in this business the more confident ill look. Thanks for your input.

Hi Robert, honesty, being sincere, down to earth and really caring and trying to help people will come through if you really mean it at any age.Look at the person or persons and there problem and put your self in there situation.Let them know you work with a team of problem solvers and investors( which we are here)but you want whats best for them and everyone in this deal, as you were told it has to be a "win-win for every body" and you want every one to walk away "happy", not only is that a good thing its good business and word of mouth travels very fast.Be committed to solving the problem and honesty is the best policy in all we do, be your self and be a real caring person and keep learning to be the best and thats something we will all be doing the duration of our lives if we want to be successful, age is only a number what we are is what really counts and what we can do, keep moving forward and dont stop, happy Realestate Investing and helping others, Jim ( You can do this!!!)
