Laura said she would get with( or contact) me when she gets back from traveling.....can't wait- I'm excited!!!
Just out doing some stuff....I'm going out today to set my flyers and check out a property I came across a couple of days ago.

I can post from our point of view
Brandon and Makeba have been working hard on learning their target markets and locating and analyzing properties. We have looked at alot of properties together and they are always out working on their own too. We have supplied them with information and tools to help calculate rehab costs in analyzing properties for both cash flow and retail flip properties. Both have brought us some hot prospects that unfortunately didnt end up in a purchase for us, but they are continuing to put out great effort and keep moving forward! Its all about experience out in the field and I hope that they are learning from it. We cant wait till we get to close a deal and will be very happy to write them the check for their finders fee! So Randy and I are very happy working with them and hope they feel the same !

I texted Laura a while back....She was in Hawaii. I didn't want to bother her. I will be contacting her soon to see if we could meet up. No, I haven't done anything with them, yet. But I live a lot further away than the other two that they are working with- so, I'M STILL HOPEFUL.

I've been sick for a little while....doing a lot better, now. Will be getting back into my work here very soon.
