No, they teach you HOW to do it. You must put together your team and learn how to determine if a deal is a deal and how to submit the offer along with knowing in advance what your exit strategies are. They don't do it for you. The academy is by far the best source of entry level training and theory available today.
You can call the coaches hot line for questions. They don't have a mentor that works directly with you. That is a different program as far as I know.

Tip: Get the BASIC knowledge of REI. Then start making offers Then you will learn in the real world. So many get stuck doing all sorts of stuff that really will not make them money. They over analyze everything and never learn what they really have to learn.

The best way I can explain it is this. You can give a man a fish and feed him for a day, you can teach a man to fish and feed him for a life time. We are here to teach you everything you need to know in order to go out and put deals together, it is up to you to go do it.
