how do i find my old responses to my forums i submitted?

how do i find my old responses to my forums i submitted?
i signed in and i can't find them i can only find my inbox emails.. thanks
also if i want to delete a topic how is this done

2 ways

First go into your profile, that would be to click on 'my account' on the left side of the page.
On the main screen you see recent replies under your profile info.
You can also click on the 'Track' tab and that will show you all the forums you've ever participated in.

You can also click on 'Track' in other users profiles as well to see forums they've posted in.
