I am making an offer bank owned foreclosure with a Keller Williams Realty agent and I wanted to know if there is a exit clause to get out of the contract after the offer is accepted so I would not loose my earnest money.

remember your inspection clause. that gives you time to find a buyer and if you don't, just say that it doesn't meet your requirements upon inspection. there are many posts on here about that very thing.
