I am direct to the VP of a $100 million dollar open-ended debt and equity fund which actively writes checks to fund businesses with an EBITDA of at least $1 million a year. We fund also have access to up to $500,000,000 for the purchase of distressed real estate, specially commercial $7,500,000 and up.

Back in 2010 I was flipping through the channels and saw you again, for the third time, but this time I watched the whole infomercial all the way through and saw the sincerity in your words and actions.
You have the best books on RE I've ever read. They come with the real meat & potatoes of REI, material you can ACTUALLY USE!
Then I became a regular visitor to DG.com and there's even more information here that investors can use.
