OfflineWell for the exception of my first offer and first deal from that offer I just put in offers on 15 REO's today!! I found some private money from a family member and we are going to do some rehabs and then wholesale the rest that are accpeted by selling the LLC that they are attached too. Most of the properties are 3/2 1500 sq ft and ARV of 200k. All the offers were for 115K or less so we will see! I will keep you all posted...
