Any Note Buyers??

Does anyone here buy Notes? I have several discounted notes available with people wanting to put down 5-20k on properties with terms for owner financing.

I currently have a Discounted Note for only $89k with buyer in place to purchase property for $114k with 6.5 interest rate, $1105.00 per month for 11 years. $55,860 profit

Why selling

Just curious why you would need to sell a note when you have a buyer for the property lined up? Just sell the property and get the note paid off.
