OfflineI have been looking at tons of foreclosure and working with an awesome realtor. However he wants a proof of funds letter, which i have looked into such as coastal funding. But he wants the POF in my name, will the POF from coastal be in my name? And on making multiple offers on different houses it seems the POF letter from coastal funding is for an individual property, can I use this same letter for every offer I submit.
Anyway, I would love to hear feedback on this and a story or two from someone who has done no money deals with REO's.

The proof of funds letter will be in your name and I suggest printing off a separate letter for each property in make an offer on.
