I know what you're saying but I got this from my realtor friend and the quality is just the way my computer saved it in text format. If you go directly to the website it is much better. You don't have to believe it, I just thought it was worth putting out there for everyone to be aware of and we can do our own research on this. Maybe DG Admin can look into it?
a bank's mentality, I have no doubt about that, but we could always put an addendum that title must be cleared by buyer's title company on top of the other title company, and that bank's ownership of property must be proven by the bank. ANy other ideas?
