Does anyone know of transactional/private lenders in the NJ and PA areas that provide proof of funds letters? I'm submitting multiple offers through my realtor, and this letter will be required for many of my offer submissions.

I know there have been some recent threads on here about the same thing so try doing a search for it. Also try doing a google search for trasactional funding or proof of funds.
Thank you for the reply. Yes, I've noticed some topics similar to my inquiry. I've actually found two transactional funding companies in my area before posting this. I had been looking for additional companies because the two I contacted were taking quite a long time to return my calls.
