OfflineI have this great commercial REO, but my question is should I submit my offer through the listing agent or wouldn't be better to get the broker to get the bank on the phone so I can talk to the bank about my offer?

If it's an REO, talk to the listing agent, if you have an agent let him talk to that listing agent. Blessings to all. LA
