I hope this is the right area to put this. I experienced a problem with the PropTrend software and after spending a lot of time on the phone 3 times, it turns out it is a programming error associated with the recent upgrade and affects everyone. They said they were surprised they weren't getting more calls as I was the only one calling. I have the dreaded Windows Vista, so maybe it only affects Vista users.
Has anyone else experienced this HTML 500 error like I am? Or am I the only one attempting to use the software right now? Its Friday and the tech support is not open on the weekend, so I want to try to help them solve this before they leave for the day. Thanks for anyone who responds!

I am also getting the HTML 500 error - PropTrend worked for me last week but this week, all I get is the error. I'm running Windows XP, so don't think it's a Windows issue. I contacted tech support and they had me uninstall the program and install it again with my firewall turned off (in case the firewall was causing the problem) but that still didn't help. They're having someone from the company that designed the program call me, hopefully today (4/22/10). I'll post their solution (if there is one!).
They FINALLY got it working. I was without it since the day I posted this message.
Grrr. I think they must have done something internally to the program because 1 day it worked and then all of a sudden it worked the next. Weird.
