Those are all great ideas for being successful. Personally I feel that your number 10 "I don't mind asking questions and learning from others." perfect. That small jewel has helped me out of many jams. Initially you think you know exactly what to do and when adversity hits, and certain failure is right around the corner that bit of advice is one that few come to find. Whether it is pride or embarassment many will not simply ask for assistance. They are never ready to admit that they could have been wrong.
