hi im new to REI and i have a few buyers on my buyers list. one of those buyers wants to buy soon and i just want to make sure that i know what im going to do when i make an offer. do i need a realtor to make the offer or would i need to make the offer to a realtor? if so wouldn't they get mad for basically taking their comission?

if you're making the offer, you'll just be unrepresented rather you're presenting your offer to FSBO or property listed w/ agent representing owner/lender. Any agent would like to earn the commission split or whole commission if they can, but you know its really up to you whether you as the investor want to be represented by an agent on your end. If you feel confident enough you can present the offer yourself then go for it. Otherwise if your buyer is utilizing an agent's services, they will pay their agent because the agreement is between them. That buyer hired that agent.
