Had Back to Back Closings Yesterday; Sold One, Bought Another

We had the closing for the sale of the property we bought from the homeowner calling our We Buy Houses car
sign. Then right after we purchased the neighbor's house that saw our signs & asked if we wanted their house. The great thing was that the money from the 1st
was applied to the 2nd; we only had to bring around 14K
to the table!

Car signs work like a charm!!!

I don't care what you put "We Buy Houses" on, it works like a charm!!! LOL. I'm looking into getting me a car sign, where did you get yours? and is it a magnet or a big sign you made yourself?

We've used different places, e signs was one of them ... they are all magnetic. Had to use search engine to find a reasonably price 3' X 2' sign for our van. We have them on all 3 of our vehicles!
