The agreement form that I have is a reciprocal agreement that protects the proprietary information shared by both parties to an agreement. I have found that it is an effective way to initiate a more formalized relationship with any cash buyer, and can raise the bar on professionalism if presented to them after the first conversation. You simply let them know that you are very serious in protecting any information that is shared either direction and hope that they will be as well, and this agreement will provide that protection. I have found that honest people have no trouble demonstrating their honesty in writing.
