Bird Dog Contract

In the search bar type Attorney's Bird Dog Agreement and it should come up with a post by one of the Coaches. It was posted by cfuller and it gives you a good idea what to put into your agreement. I bookmarked it so that I can find it quickly when I need to.

All i use and all you need is Finders fee agreement between you n the BIRD DOG. I believe dean has one on his site. If not you can google one online .

Make sure you have an executed agreement in place before you provide a property address to an investor or you will have given away your ability to negotiate.

yes, i agree. at least for me, i'm using a bird dog to find properties for me and i always make sure to act with integrity. hopefully i set a good example for others.
