Hi guys. I'm a newbie. I am totally psyched about being an investor. I have about 25 buyers already, some are websites that you just put all the info in but that's just a few. I have a good 10 i think I'm focused on because they have the same criteria, 3 & 1+ starter homes.
I do have a few obstacle's and figured I would ask how some of you guys over came yours. First when I started It was easy for me to sneak out 10 minutes here and there to call a buyer and stuff like that, but since then 3 guys have left my job and haven't been replaced. Now I'm finding it very hard to make any phone calls during business hours. Can i call buyers after hours?? Doesn't seem professional. Maybe I'm over thinking this??

One of the big names on here, at one time anyway, would send his buyer's list an e-mail with the info. first one to respond, get's the property.
Talk to your buyers. How do they want to be notified? If you notify them all at once (e-mail or text), then they cannot say that you're playing favorites. Calling one, see if they're interested, etc.
The more thorough the question, the more thorough the answer.
Please fill out your profile with as much info as you're comfortable with.
Thanks.
Instead of trying to get your calls in at intervals, 10mins here, 10mins there, try to schedule an hour every day, where you can pull yourself away from everything, and make your calls; if you wait until after working hours, and are like myself, you probably will have more things to take care of at home, and your calls wil never get done...
I find lunch hour to be the best time... a lot of my investors seem to be available at that time

I too am a newbie at this and I work graveyard and sleep all day. I use email as my first contact with people. I lay the questions out and then I ask them what would be a good time for me to contact them. That way, it's up to them when they answer and if you interrupt them at the time they say it's okay to call it's not your fault. Ask them if they accept phone calls after business hours and what would be a good time to talk. With my crazy schedule, I have to leave things up to them.
Just thought it might help! Good luck!
Thanx for all the suggestions guys. I think I'm gonna try the evening hours and see how that works. I also have convinced my wife to make some calls for me. She would never do it but i explained to her that she didn't need to sound like a big shot investor she would just be calling on my behalf like a secretary. She doesn't know it yet but once she makes a few calls and gets comfy Ill have her call some new buyers.
